What is a cake smash photo shoot?
A cake smash is a fun first birthday session where your baby explores, tastes and plays with a cake while I capture their natural reactions.
Can parents / siblings be in the pictures?
Parents and siblings are welcome for photos at the start of your session before the cake comes out.
How long will it be until I see my pictures?
What to expect for turnaround time before your edited images are ready to view.
When should I book my cake smash photo shoot?
I recommend booking early. For photos ready by your child’s birthday, schedule the shoot a couple of weeks beforehand.
Do you provide the cake?
I don’t supply the cake. Bring your own - soft icing like buttercream or fresh cream works best for smashing.
