Yes, studio flash is completely safe for children’s eyes. The light is bright, but it’s only for a tiny fraction of a second and is much gentler than natural sunlight. Some children notice the brightness more than others, but the flash itself doesn’t cause any harm. If we know your child is particularly sensitive, we’ll simply adjust our lighting to keep them comfortable while still creating lovely images.
