What to Expect at Each Baby Club Session

Three Sessions. Three Milestones. One Beautiful Story.

Joining the Baby Club means capturing your baby’s first year in three relaxed, natural photo sessions spaced across their biggest milestones. Each one is tailored to suit your baby’s stage of development—with no pressure, no need for fancy outfits (unless you want to), and no need to plan everything in advance.

Here’s what to expect at each session.

At this age, babies are starting to hold up their heads, enjoy tummy time, and give lots of eye contact—even if smiles are still a bit unpredictable. This session is calm, simple, and gentle.

What we capture:

• Big eyes and new expressions

• Tummy time (if they’re happy doing it)

• Hands and feet details

• Family and sibling photos

What to expect:
This is usually a short and sweet session—your baby may not have a long attention span yet, and that’s completely fine. I’ll work at their pace, with lots of time for you to give cuddles in between.

Session Two: Around 8 Months Old

This is often the most fun session—babies are sitting up (sometimes crawling), full of personality, and totally into playing peek-a-boo with the camera.

What we capture:

• Sitting and supported poses

• Big grins and giggles

• Close-ups of chubby hands and toes

• A few more styled set-ups if you’d like

What to expect:
At this stage, babies are usually happy to sit and play for a little while, and I’ll style the session with simple props or textures to keep things engaging and comfortable.

Session Three: Around 12 Months Old

It’s your baby’s first birthday, and this session marks the end of their Baby Club journey. Some families choose to keep it classic; others add on a cake smash or tub splash for a celebratory finish.

What we capture:

• Standing, cruising, or wobbly walking

• Natural portraits to mark their first birthday

• Optional cake smash or tub splash (upgrade)

• Family or sibling shots if you’d like

What to expect:
We keep it fun and relaxed. One-year-olds are unpredictable, so I’ll let them lead the way—whether they want to crawl, play, or dive face-first into cake!

A Few Extras to Know

• You don’t need to bring anything unless you want to—I have outfits and props for every age.

• If you’d like to bring something special, I’m always happy to include it.

• Each session includes a complimentary print, and you’ll be able to view your full gallery afterwards with no pressure to purchase anything extra.
