This guy’s dad is a big fan of all things Viking and so when he visited for his newborn shoot, we set up a super cute little Viking themed shot.

At the time, we were joking that it would have been better if there had been a Viking axe in it and so, when Ralph came back a few months later for his first baby photography club shoot, what should appear with him? A Viking axe!

Unsurprisingly, I’ve never had to incorporate an axe into baby photos  before but it worked perfectly with the little wooden bed that we used for his newborn shoot.  He’s getting pretty big so I don’t think we’ll be able to use it again when he comes to visit next time!
