Photo shoots don’t just have to be for families with small kids. They can be a really great fun and confidence building experience for teens and pre-teens to just express themselves in front of the camera and create some fab images.
This young lady received the session as a gift from her grandmother (I’d met her before actually when she came to a photo shoot with her newborn brother a few months previously and also a long time ago at her mum and dad’s wedding). We had a fun packed hour in the studio which gave us time for three outfit changes, a variety of backdrops and photography styles and plenty of giggles.
I keep the emphasis on having fun in front of the camera and gently guide my young model through everything they need to do to make some great (age-appropriate) images while building up their confidence and teaching them a few modelling tips and tricks. There’s never any pressure on them to perform unguided and there’s always plenty of laughs along the way. They pretty much always come out of the session buzzing with the excitement of their achievements!
A session includes three digital images, has time for three outfit changes and costs £95. If you’d like to order any more images, then you simply do that from your online gallery – there’s no sales or viewing session to attend.
