It’s a good idea to coordinate outfits for your family portrait session as that makes a real difference to your finished pictures. Of course you don’t have to all wear the same (although twinning is quite in at the moment), but it’s a great idea to match colours or tones. Avoid bold patterns and logos as they can be distracting and also they tend to date quite quickly – plain colours can give you a more timeless feel.
