Every great studio has a signature touch… and mine just so happens to be a squeaky yellow duck.

As Duck Week begins, I took a little trip through the archives and realised just how long this little fella has been a part of my photography life. From tiny toes in tub splashes to curious newborns reaching out with wide-eyed wonder, he’s been there through it all.

So here he is—one photo for every year he’s been by my side. A little older, a little more scuffed, and somehow even more loved.

He’s floated through trends, styles, and hundreds of shoots, always popping up at just the right time to make little ones smile.

Because sometimes it’s the smallest things—the ones we don’t even plan for—that become the most memorable parts of the story.
