This little dapper chap was a superstar when his mum and dad brought him along to celebrate his first birthday with a cake smash and tub splash photo shoot.

His mum had picked out the cutest outfits – both for his ‘clean shoot’ which we do before the cake comes out for obvious reasons – and also for his cake smash. So he was resplendent in his little shorts with matching hat and bow tie and we selected my white vintage door background and a plain blue bunting to complement the whole look.  Then, when it was time to clean up in the tub, they picked my vintage tin tub (there’s also a white miniature roll top bath you can use if you’d rather) and went with the duck accessory set.  I’d say that’s my most popular accessory set for the tub splashes – who doesn’t love a giant rubber duck?

There’s always a choice of backdrop for your shoot and a wide variety of accessories and bunting (too much bunting if you ask my husband but what does he know?) so we can mix and match to create your perfect look.

A cake smash and tub splash photo shoot is the perfect way to celebrate and commemorate that extra special first birthday.   We start with a clean shoot and mum, dad and siblings are welcome to get involved here as well for family pictures if you’d like to.  Then it’s time to get out the cake for some smashing fun!  After that, it’s time to fill your choice of tub with warm and bubbly water for more great pictures and a good old icing removal clean up.  Each session includes your three favourite digital images (chosen from your online gallery, there’s no sales session) and costs £95.
