I haven’t seen Summer in the studio since she visited for her cake smash and tub splash when she was one year old.

So it was lovely to catch up with her when her mum booked her in to be transformed into a fairy at the September Forest photo shoots.  Obviously she’s changed quite a bit since then! She definitely knows her own mind as she went straight for the Sunshine fairy dress when she saw the colours available and I suppose that’s not surprising given her name.  She was as bright and beautiful as her dress.

The Sunshine Fairy dress is one of my newer ones and a slightly different design to the originals as it has a soft crochet lined top. I’ve added a few of these dresses to the collection as they give the same great ‘floof factor’ (yep that’s a fashion term) but sometimes smaller fairies were finding the tops were a little bit tickly and fiddly.  With the new designed top, these dresses avoid that problem.  Not that Summer would have been bothered – she was too busy having a good time!
