This guy’s dad is a big fan of all things Viking, so when he came in for his newborn shoot we set up a little Viking themed shot to go alongside everything else.
At the time we were joking that it would have been even better with a Viking axe in it. So when Ralph came back a few months later for his first baby photography club session, what should appear with him? A Viking axe.
I’ve never had to work a prop axe into baby photos before, but it worked perfectly with the little wooden bed we’d used for his newborn shoot. He’s getting pretty big now so I don’t think we’ll be able to squeeze him into that bed again next time, but it was good while it lasted.
