The tiny truck is a digital backdrop, and it’s one of the most requested options in the collection, particularly for boys. It’s easy to see why. The weathered rust tones, the wooden floor, the old teddy alongside it. It has a lot of character.
Most of a newborn session takes place on the beanbag, where your baby is wrapped, posed, and photographed in a variety of positions. It’s a simple set-up but a surprisingly versatile one, and it’s where the majority of the gallery comes from. Props and digital backdrops are an optional addition rather than the main event.
The truck exists as a digital composite because owning the real thing simply isn’t practical. Even if I could track one down, there would be no room left in the studio for anyone to actually visit. The digital version gives the same result without the storage problem, and for wall art it’s hard to beat.
If you’d like to include it, you choose it on your pre-session form and I’ll set up the base shot during your session to blend into the backdrop in the edit.
