Buckle up because I’m about to lay some serious baby science on you now.  I’ve spoken before about the ‘joy leg lift’ that is often perceived at a cake smash.

Well here I have captured the very rare and extra special ‘double joy leg lift’ without a spot of cake in sight. I feel I am making breakthroughs in this hitherto unresearched scientific area.

For the uninitiated,  the JLL is often seen when a baby is enjoying their cake so much that one leg just lifts into the air almost of it’s own accord.  It’s a more common sight than you’d think actually and a quick scroll through my cake smash blog will give you ample chance to see it in action.  This guy is just brimming over with such joyfulness that he didn’t even need cake to get him going.  Just the sight of his mum and sister was enough to prompt a huge smile and the DJLL.  I hope to further see this in action at his forthcoming cake smash though, to be honest, I’m not sure how he’ll top it.

It’s called science folks.  And it matters.
