When it comes to some of my newborn props, it can be quite hard to choose as they don’t really look all that great when you just see a picture of them unstyled.
So I’ve invested in this little newborn sized doll so I can put together some sample images with some of the lesser used props to allow you to see them in action. I really feel that some of the props that don’t get chosen all that often as overlooked as, on their own, they just look pretty uninspiring.
Take my mini newborn bed in dark wood. Its a gorgeous little prop and looks lovely when you add in some green foliage. My baby doll here (I really must come up with a name for them) is actually wearing one of my newest outfits which is an adorable little braces and cap set and it really does chime with the green of the leaves.
I’ll be creating a series of these over time so you hopefully get some inspo for your newborn photo shoot with the props that I have available and come up with some image ideas that really suit your style and taste.
