Is Photography My Full-Time Job?

Yes, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

When you book a photo shoot with me, you’re not just booking a session—you’re working with someone who has built their entire career around creating beautiful images for families just like yours. Photography isn’t something I fit in around another job. It’s what I do, full-time, every day.

Why Does That Matter?

There are so many talented photographers out there, from hobbyists to professionals balancing photography with other commitments. But choosing a full-time photographer means working with someone who has:

📸 Years of experience – From perfecting lighting to working with babies, I’ve dedicated my time to developing my skills.
📸 A professional studio – My studio is designed to create the best images while keeping you and your little one comfortable.
📸 A seamless process – From booking to final images, I’ve refined my sessions to be stress-free and enjoyable.
📸 Reliable availability – No squeezing sessions around another job—I’m here when you need me!

How I Became a Full-Time Photographer

I didn’t start as a full-time photographer, but it was always my goal. I built my business gradually, learning what worked and what didn’t, and over time, I was able to take the leap into making this my full-time career. Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of families, capturing moments that mean the world to them.

Now, my studio is my second home, and I love welcoming clients in to create images that they’ll cherish forever. Whether it’s a newborn session, a first birthday celebration, or a family portrait, my full-time focus means I can give each session the time and care it deserves.

What Does a Full-Time Photography Business Look Like?

People often imagine photographers just spending all day taking pictures, but there’s so much more that goes into running a studio! A typical day might include:

  • Editing and perfecting client images
  • Designing albums and digital galleries
  • Planning creative new setups for upcoming shoots
  • Answering client questions and helping them prepare for their session
  • Keeping my website and social media updated with fresh content

Choosing the Right Photographer for You

If you’re looking for a professional who is fully dedicated to providing the best experience and highest quality images, working with a full-time photographer can make all the difference. I love what I do, and I’m here to make sure you walk away with photos that truly capture this special moment in your life.
