Making a payment for your photography session with Sarah Fisher Photography is simple, secure, and flexible. Whether you’re booking a maternity, newborn, or family portrait session, I offer a variety of payment options to suit your needs. I can accept payments via bank transfer, debit or credit card (using Stripe) or PayPal

Yes. Additional images can be purchased after your session through your private online gallery.  You’ll be able to view pricing and payment options directly from your gallery, and full details are also available on my price list.

Session fees and deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your booking in my diary. That said, I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule and give me notice, your payment can be transferred to a new date rather than being lost.

If a session is missed without any notice, the session fee isn’t refundable. You’re still welcome to rebook, but this would be subject to a £30 rebooking fee to cover the lost session time.

If you’re ever unsure or something unexpected crops up, the best thing to do is get in touch as soon as you can and we’ll take it from there.

The final balance is due on or before the day of your photography session.  You’re welcome to pay in advance online at any time using the links on the Payments page.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book a session?2025-12-12T12:54:27+00:00

Yes. If your session is more than two weeks away, you can choose to pay a £20 deposit, with the remaining balance due closer to your session.

If your session is within two weeks, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

The only exception is mini sessions, which require full payment at the time of booking to secure your slot.
