We celebrated Theo’s first birthday with a cake smash and tub splash photo shoot and I can tell you, he’s a boy who knows how to have fun!

His mum and dad brought along the ‘one today’ bunting which looks great – if you’re bringing your own bunting, it needs to be at least five foot long so I can pin it across my backdrop – and his mum wanted to go for a kind of leafy botanical vibe when it came to accessories.  Luckily I have a big store of ivy and ferns in my prop stash so I dug out a chunky ivy garland and we kept it simple with just this and my rustic tin tub.  Theo did the rest of the work with his adorable smile so nothing else was needed!
