Having newborn twins in the studio is always a bit of a treat as it doesn’t happen all that often.  So presenting Max and Isabella and their justifiably proud parents.

The family were keen to get pictures of the twins together and separately along with some family photos, not to mention portraits of each parent separately with the babies.  They had also brought along one grandma who we included in the shoot as well.

As is common and understandable with most sets of twins that I’ve photographed, they settled best when they were close together.  After all, that’s what they’re used to and so it feels quite natural with them.  However, we did take the chance to photograph them separately as well when the other was having a feed break so we really had the best of all worlds.

Newborn Photography

A newborn photo shoot is best when your baby is between 5 and 10 days old as this is when they are at their maximum sleepiness and poseability to capture those dreamy shots.  For this reason, I definitely recommend that you book when you are pregnant as this is one less thing to worry about scheduling when you’ve just got home from the hospital.   We make an appointment for your due date plus 7 days and then adjust it as needed.

My newborn shoots include your three favourite digital images which you select from your online gallery a few weeks after your photo shoot – I don’t make you attend a sales or viewing session.  Sessions take place in my warm and cosy studio in Crawley Down and cost £95.
