This is baby Liam at his recent newborn photography shoot in my East Grinstead studio. I have a stash of props and accessories that you are welcome to use in your shoot – hats, blankets and other accessories – but Liam’s mum and dad also brought along a fabulous selection of items, including that adorable basket.
So when faced with a sleeping newborn, a very luxurious grey fur throw (which they also brought with them) and a very cute basket, there really is no way for a girl to resist and I just love the resulting image. The basket is safely padded inside with my custom made beanbags and a generous helping of blankets and topped off with my snowball wrap and teal green (fake) fur. That’s what I call a team effort!
