When it comes to choosing props to have in my studio, I try to pick items that can be styled in lots of different ways so they are really versatile.

My miniature white bed is a great example of this – in the case of this beautiful little girl, we went all out girly for purple and florals and even added one of my studio pettiskirts for additional floof!  However, the bed looks just as great with teddies, blankets and I even have a little Christmas set with a miniature stocking to hang on the end which I get out when seasonally appropriate.

There’s actually no limit to the amount of props my little magpie heart covets but there is, sadly, a limit to the amount of space I have in the studio so it’s really important that each piece really earns its living as part of my collection.
