Not every maternity session needs a lot of layers to it. Sometimes a clean white backdrop, a good dress, and straightforward portraits are exactly the right choice.
This session was one of those. The long black studio dress, a white background, simple poses. No props, no elaborate set-up, nothing to distract from the bump. It works because it doesn’t need anything else.
