From Screen to Wall – and Everything in Between

Once you’ve chosen your favourite images from your gallery, the fun really begins—finding the perfect ways to enjoy and share them. Whether you’re planning to post them online, hang them on the wall, or give them as gifts, here’s everything you need to know.

Sharing on Social Media

You’re very welcome to share your images online—and I love seeing which ones make it to your feeds! I always supply social media–ready versions of your chosen images, formatted for easy sharing.

A few tips:

  • Use the web-sized files—they’ll load faster and look better than uploading full-resolution versions.

  • Instagram safe zones: If you’re cropping for Stories or Reels, keep key parts (like faces!) centred to avoid them being cut off.

  • Tagging: If you’d like to tag me, you can find me on Instagram at @SarahFishPhoto and I always appreciate it when you do!

Printing at Home or Elsewhere

I provide high-resolution downloads for you to print as you wish, though for large wall art or special gifts, I always recommend ordering through me to ensure the very best results.

If you’re printing elsewhere:

  • Choose a reputable printer—bonus points if they specialise in photography.

  • Be mindful of cropping—some places auto-trim images, so always check the preview carefully.

  • Colours can vary slightly depending on the lab and the type of paper, which is totally normal.

Wall Art & Display Ideas

If you’re considering wall art, here are a few ways to make the most of your images:

  • A single standout portrait in a larger frame

  • A trio showing growth across the Baby Club sessions

  • A story-style photo block or album to tell the full journey

I’m always happy to help you visualise how your images could look on your walls—just let me know if you’d like suggestions or mock-ups.

Gifting Your Images

Your photos make beautiful, personal gifts. Many families create prints, albums, or even keepsake boxes for grandparents or loved ones. I can help with design and ordering if you’d like something truly special.

One Last Thing…

Don’t let your images live only in the cloud. However you choose to use them—whether it’s posting online, framing a favourite, or just scrolling through on a quiet night—these photographs are part of your family’s story. They deserve to be seen, loved, and remembered.
