What to Bring

You don’t need to bring a lot to your baby’s photo shoot, but there are a few essentials that will make the session smoother:

  • Outfits: Definitely bring along two or three favourite outfits. My studio is stocked with plenty of baby-friendly props and accessories, but if you have something sentimental or unique in mind, bring it along.
  • Snacks and Drinks: A well-fed and happy baby is much easier to photograph! Having their favourite snacks or milk on hand can work wonders if they need a quick break.
  • Comfort Items: Whether it’s a cherished blanket, stuffed toy, or dummy, these can help soothe your little one during the shoot or even be incorporated into the photos.

What to Expect at the Studio

From the moment you arrive, the focus is on making both you and your baby feel comfortable and at ease. My studio is warm, welcoming, and designed to keep your little one happy throughout the session. I’ll guide you through the process, from choosing backdrops to planning the flow of the shoot. With 15 years of experience working with babies, I’ve seen it all—wiggles, giggles, and even a few tears—and I know just how to capture those little smiles.

Remember, this is your time to celebrate your baby’s special milestones. There’s no pressure for perfection, and I’ll take care of all the details to ensure we capture beautiful, natural moments. The best photos often happen when everyone feels relaxed and lets the session flow organically.

You can book a stand alone baby photo shoot for £95 including three digital images or you can take a look at my Baby Photography Club which includes

  • Sessions at 4, 8 and 12 months
  • The last session as a cake smash / tub splash if you’d like it (no extra charge)
  • Your favourite image from each session in a wall frame at the end of the year OR a free digital image from each session
  • Online private image gallery after each session (no sales / viewing appointments)
  • £39.95 for the sessions and the wall frame
