Every dog has a story, a personality, and a presence that deserves to be celebrated. My historical dog portraits take your much-loved pet and reimagine them as a figure from another era, elegant, regal, or wonderfully whimsical, inspired by the classic paintings of the past.

These portraits blend the charm of period styling with the richness of a completely custom piece of artwork. Whether you want to honour your dog’s unique character, create a conversation piece for your wall, or commission a keepsake that will last a lifetime, this is a lovely way to celebrate the companionship of your four-legged family member.

Just like Lady Grace, pictured here in all her 18th-century finery, your dog can become a noble figure, a dashing aristocrat, or a refined lady of the manor.

How it works

It starts with a photo session where we capture the base image for the final artwork. We talk through the historical style, outfit, and overall look you have in mind. From there, I create a unique digitally painted portrait that reflects their character. Your final image is delivered in your gallery as a digital file, ready for you to enjoy and print however you like.
