Lewis and Helen chose Ghyll Manor in Horsham as their wedding venue and it is a very lovely place to have a wedding with lots of opportunities for wedding photography in the beautiful grounds. However it was a bit of a rainy day so we had to improvise a little and stay close to the main house. Still the photos of the happy couple looked gorgeous nonetheless.
It was a small and informal wedding with the bride and groom inviting only their very nearest and dearest and so the whole event had a really family feel to it with great opportunities for everyone to spend proper quality time together. We took care of the family group photos in the covered part of the courtyard, keeping everyone out of the drizzle but still making use of the setting and getting that outdoor feel for the photos. Then I took the bride and groom for a short walk to get a few more romantic pictures of just the two of them. The weather may have been a little grey but it was still a beautiful bright day for the bride and groom.
