There’s a reason that they call this pose Happy Baby pose in Yoga – it genuinely does make babies happy!
It would make me happy to be as flexible as a baby of course but that’s another issue. When babies come to visit, if they’ve found their feet (usually around four to five months but all babies vary of course) then we’ll always set up this little shot. The look of happy achievement on their face as they demonstrate their newfound skill is always worth capturing!
