It’s more than likely that your baby will need feeding at some point during your session, and that’s no problem at all.
We have plenty of time built in for feeding and settling. Breastfeeding is completely fine, it would be quite strange if that were a problem. It’s a warm and safe space where you won’t be interrupted by anyone, so if you’re new to it and want to take your time, that’s not an issue.
