This band of brothers came to visit the studio to create the perfect gift for their mum’s birthday and I’m informed that she absolutely loved the surprise. Obviously, these lads had put a lot of thought into what to get their mum and turned up at the studio in matching white shirts and black trousers to give their finished image a really co-ordinated look and we had fun creating a mix of different images – both ‘formal’ and more relaxed.
When you come to a family portrait session, it’s always a good idea to match up your outfits to a certain extent – they don’t all have to be the same but all similar tones or colours is a great idea. I always recommend steering away from complex patterns or logos as they can date quickly and also they draw attention away from the main attraction – you!
