Dad and Me Photo Shoots in the Studio

June is the perfect time to step into the frame with your children.
My Dad & Me sessions are simple, relaxed mini portrait sessions designed to give you natural photographs together. These special offer sessions run throughout June and are ideal if you’d like a small, meaningful set of images without booking a full portrait session.
Who these sessions are for
- Dads who want to be in the photographs rather than be the one behind the camera
- Parents who prefer something simple and relaxed
- Families looking for a short, calm session that’s easy to fit into busy lives
These sessions are all about connection, no pressure, no complicated setups, just you and your children.
A few helpful details
Dad & Me sessions are designed for babies and children who are happy to settle fairly quickly and enjoy being held, cuddled or interacting together. Because these are 30-minute mini sessions, they aren’t the best fit for very young or newborn babies who may need extended time for feeding, settling or soothing.
For clothing, simple always works best. Soft, neutral tones photograph well and help keep the focus on connection rather than outfits. I’d recommend avoiding bold logos or strong patterns, but beyond that there’s no need to overthink it. Comfort matters just as much as style.
Each session uses one background with no outfit changes, keeping everything calm and streamlined so the time we have together is relaxed and focused.
