This is Churro the Corgi’s third annual visit to the studio, and it’s one I look forward to every December. He first came when he was just a few weeks old, fresh into his new home.
Now he’s very much a settled member of the family, and there’s even talk of eight paws at next year’s session. This particular shot is one we recreate every year as he grows. It started by accident at that very first visit, when all the excitement got the better of him and he just put his head down on the chaise for a little rest. We loved it so much that it’s become a tradition. His very patient owner has trained him to do it perfectly now. I do wonder if a new brother or sister will be quite as obliging.
