Arthur is a guy who clearly has a good time wherever he goes, and he was absolutely in his element at his cake smash.
Some babies are a little cautious around their cake at first, which makes sense given they’ve probably never had unrestricted access to something quite so sweet before. Not Arthur. He was straight in, and chose to use one of my miniature wooden spoons to feed himself, which I thought showed considerable refinement for a one-year-old. He was equally enthusiastic in the tub afterwards, with the full duck entourage in attendance. A very good session all round.
