There are two moments in a tub splash session that tend to produce the best reactions. The first is when they realise they’re in warm water and they can splash it. The second is when the bubble machine goes on.
This little one got both in quick succession and her face says everything about how that went down.
Her parents went for the peach balloon arch backdrop with the floral number one accessory, white florals in the vintage jug, and the roll top tub. It’s a setup that photographs really well and gives the whole thing a bit of occasion, which feels right for a first birthday.
She is now, presumably, finding her regular bath at home somewhat underwhelming. Warm water and bubbles are one thing. A balloon arch is another. We’ve raised the bar and we’re not sorry.
