All About your Second Joey Club Session

When it comes to your second Joey Club baby photography club visit, I give a guideline age of 8 months but really it comes down to development stages rather than actual age.

The perfect time to visit for this session is when your baby is sitting up really steadily by themselves but they’re not yet crawling.

Now I do realise that this is a difficult one to judge and some babies crawl without giving you the polite amount of notice but that’s the goal. If they’re crawling, it’s not a big deal but we do a lot more chasing in the session!

They might also be standing supported by this point and so we have a range of props and footstools that we can employ to let them safely and confidently show off their new skills and create the perfect set of images at the same time!
