There’s a mermaid picture on the wall in my studio. It’s been there for years, and this little one has been looking at it since she was a newborn. Last Sunday, she finally got to step into the picture herself.
Her mum has been patiently waiting until she was old enough, and I think it’s safe to say it was worth the wait. She took to the set immediately (like a mermaid to water in fact). Costume on, into the bubbles, completely in her element. Some children need a few minutes to warm up. She did not.
Little Mermaid Sessions at my Crawley Down studio are for children aged 2 to 5. The set is fully dressed with treasure chests, coral, shells and a bubble machine, and costumes are provided. Up to two children from the same family can be photographed together.
