Both of these boys have been coming to the studio since they were newborns, so it was good to have them back in together for the little one’s first birthday session.

two brothers look at each other in a photo shoot

This moment happened on its own. Big brother leaning in, little brother looking up at him, whatever was being said between them, it clearly mattered. These are the shots you can’t direct. You just have to be ready for them.

The colourful rag bunting against the blue backdrop suited them both perfectly. Bright, bold, a bit chaotic, which feels about right for two small boys.

Happy first birthday to the little one. Big brother clearly approves.
