One of the lovely things about photographing babies through their first year is getting to capture the moments when new milestones appear.
Standing is a big one. It often arrives with a huge sense of excitement as babies realise they can pull themselves up and see the world from a completely new perspective.
This little one was clearly very pleased with his new achievement, happily showing off his standing skills during the session. Moments like this are full of personality, curiosity and pride, and they are such a wonderful stage to capture before the next big adventure begins.
