As part of the Mermaid Minis VIP list, you’re getting the chance to book your preferred session time before the calendar opens to everyone else. Simply choose a slot from the calendar below and follow the steps to secure your session. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.

Booking your Session

You can use the calendar below to select your preferred session time and then the link on the right (or in your booking confirmation) to send over your £35 payment.  

Paying for your Session

Once you have booked your session, you can use the button below to send your £35 payment.  As these sessions are limited, I do need to take payment at the time of booking in order to confirm your photo shoot so do let me know if you have any problems.

All Mermaid Mini Sessions are £35 and include all the edited digital images from your gallery in the case of the Little Mermaid experience and the creation of your unique custom artwork for older mermaids attending for the digital art experience – no extra fees, no pressure, just a simple, relaxed session.

Terms & Conditions

Yes, I know, it’s a bit boring, but all sessions do come with a few important terms and conditions. I try to keep these simple and fair, but please take a moment to read the following:

  • Session groups – Sessions are suitable for up to three children from the same family. Sharing sessions with friends or multiple families is not permitted during event sessions. If you have a larger group, please get in touch to discuss alternative booking options.
  • Session length – These are mini sessions and are designed to be short and relaxed, lasting approximately 10–15 minutes. For this reason, sessions may not be suitable for very young children who require extended settling time.
  • Age suitability – Little Mermaid Sessions are designed for younger children (typically ages 2–5).  Digital Mermaid Artwork sessions are suitable for children aged 5+ who are comfortable following gentle posing guidance.
  • Arrival times – Please arrive as close to your scheduled session time as possible. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as you can. Late arrival may reduce your shooting time as sessions run back-to-back.

If I am not immediately available when you arrive, I may still be finishing with another family. Please wait in your car and I will come to greet you as soon as possible.

  • Studio access – The studio is a short walk from parking and includes several shallow steps. Unfortunately, the studio is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Studio space – My studio is small but perfectly formed, with limited waiting space. I recommend bringing only those taking part in the session where possible.
  • Photography and recording – Photography or video recording inside the studio is not permitted during sessions (apart from by me). If recording takes place, the session may be stopped without refund. This protects both my work and the privacy of other clients.
  • Digital mermaid artwork – Digital Mermaid sessions include professional hand-edited artwork created from photographs taken during your session. Each final image is individually crafted and is not AI-generated. Editing style and artistic interpretation remain at the photographer’s discretion.
  • Image delivery – Finished images will be delivered via an online gallery. Editing turnaround times will be advised after the event.
  • Session fees – Session fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to offer an alternative where availability allows, though this cannot be guaranteed.
  • Copyright – All images remain the copyright of Sarah Fisher Photography and may be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing prior to your session.
