This is the last family from this run of sessions – and, like many of the others, they’ve been visiting the studio since their children were newborns.
Watching families grow over time is one of the quiet privileges of this work. The newborn days feel intense and fleeting, then before you know it you’re photographing confident toddlers, siblings with their own little personalities, and parents who suddenly realise how much has changed.
This session was relaxed, simple, and very them – neutral tones, a clean backdrop and plenty of laughter. Nothing over-styled, nothing forced. Just a pause in the middle of busy family life to capture who they are right now.
