Ordering from your Private Online Image Gallery
Once your family portrait session is complete, it’s time to choose how you’d like to enjoy and preserve your beautiful photos. The ordering process is straightforward and designed to make it easy for you to select the perfect images for your home or as gifts for loved ones. Whether you’re after high-quality prints, stunning canvases, or digital images to keep forever, this guide will walk you through the simple steps to place your order and ensure you get exactly what you’re looking for.
Step 1
When your image gallery is ready for you, you’ll get an email with a link and a password. Simply follow the link and put in the password to gain access to your gallery. When you access your gallery, you’ll see two little help tip screens first of all.
Top Tip: If you’re copying and pasting your code, then just make sure you’re not picking up any extra spaces at the start or end of the password as this will mean that it doesn’t work.
Step 2
Scroll down to see a thumbnail gallery of all of your images. The page will continue to load as you scroll down to display all of your images so you might need to wait a few seconds for each batch to load depending on your internet download speed.
Step 3
When you are looking at the images in thumbnail view, if you hover your mouse over a picture, you will see a little shopping bag graphic pop up in the bottom right hand. Click on this to display all the pricing and package options.
Step 4
Click on what you’d like to purchase and follow the on-screen prompts which are designed to walk you through the ‘Add to Cart’ process. For example, if you choose to buy a pack of five digital images, it will take you through the process of selecting the five you would like. You’ll need to enter your email to proceed to the checkout process.
Step 5
When you’ve finished making your image selections, click on the Proceed to Checkout button. That will display a Checkout page that should look pretty similar to most online shopping websites. Simply fill in your details as normal and click continue to proceed through the secure payment process.
