There’s a definite trend in the photography world at the moment of keeping things simple. It’s been building for a while and I guess it’s kind of a reaction to the heavy set and prop based photos that have been in vogue for the last few years.
Photography, like all other industries, is ruled by the fashion of the day and I’m always looking ahead (usually in the direction of the USA) to see where things might be headed so I can keep on top of things and offer my clients the latest and greatest in images that they will love.
Not that my personal opinion is in any way relevant (given that my job is to give you the pictures you want, not what I want) but I can definitely see the attraction. And when you have a smile like this guy, is there really any need for anything more?
