This is the supremely happy Natasha, visiting the studio for her second Joey Club baby photography club session aged around 8 months old.
The ideal time for this session isn’t really 8 months – that’s just a rough guideline. In a perfect world, your little one will be sitting steady but not crawling yet and that was the plan for this session except Natasha had other ideas and started crawling in between the session being booked and her studio visit! It doesn’t matter if your baby is mobile for their session except for the fact that, once you’ve learned to crawl, you’re much more likely to want to explore and have fun moving around than sit down for your photos. It just means that we do a lot more baby chasing and resetting but it’s great for cardio so really you can’t lose!
Anyway, despite her new skill set, she was actually quite happy to sit and be photographed giving out plenty of smiles along the way – and we had the chance to get some ‘action shots’ of her crawling at the end of the session as well!
