Winter Wonderland - Christmas Photography

My Winter Wonderland sessions are back in the Crawley Down studio this year, running from Friday 13 to Sunday 22 November.

There will be four new festive sets and you get to use all of them during your visit. Sessions are £35 and include your favourite digital image, so you can sort your Christmas cards and gifts from the comfort of my cosy studio.

The sets stay under wraps until the end of September. The booking calendar then opens at 8am on Thursday 1 October.

If you’re on my Christmas VIP list you can book from 7am, a full hour before the calendar opens to everyone else. These sessions do sell out, so that hour is your best chance of the date and time you want.

Join my Christmas VIP list and I’ll send you the booking link at 7am on Thursday 1 October, an hour before the calendar opens to everyone else.

A visit to the studio costs £35 and suits groups of up to three children, or two adults and two small children.

Your session includes your favourite digital image to download, print and share. Extra images are £15 each, or £50 if you can’t choose and want everything in your gallery. There’s no viewing appointment and no sales meeting, you just pick what you’d like and order online when you’re ready.

Booking Your Session

When the calendar opens, you choose the date and time you’d like to come to the studio. It will appear on this page nearer the time.

These sessions usually sell out, so I take payment when you book. Once you’ve reserved your slot you’ll get an email with a link to send your £35. If that doesn’t come through within two days I’ll need to put the session back on the calendar for someone else, so if anything goes wrong, just let me know and I’ll do what I can to help.

Terms and Conditions

Because of the way these sets are built, your child needs to be able to sit up unsupported. These sessions aren’t suitable for very small babies who may need extra settling time. If you’d like Christmas pictures with a younger age group, you’re very welcome to come for a Family Portrait session instead.
Sessions are for single families only. Sharing a session between friends or different families isn’t possible. If you’d like children from two families photographed together, we may be able to book back to back sessions and cross over in the middle.
My sets suit groups of up to two adults and two small children, or three children. Larger groups than this won’t be able to attend an event session.
Sessions are booked on the hour and take 20 to 30 minutes on average. The extra time is there so visitors aren’t crossing over.
Please arrive as close to your time as you can, although I know that’s not always easy. If you’re running late, let me know so I can make sure you still get your full session. If you’re early, I may well still be in the studio with another family. If I’m not on the drive when you arrive, please wait in your car and I’ll be with you as soon as I can.
The studio is a short walk from where you park, along paths with several shallow steps, so unfortunately it isn’t wheelchair accessible.
Two small things in one bullet so I don’t sound too negative. There’s no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, and during your session no photography or filming apart from mine. You can still have your phones with you, of course. I’m not a monster.
My studio is small but perfectly formed, which means the waiting area is too, so I wouldn’t recommend bringing extra people along.
The session fee is non-refundable. If someone in your party is ill or you can’t make your appointment for any other reason, and you let me know, I’ll invite you to rebook, either at another slot during the event or at the next event if nothing suits. If you don’t turn up without letting me know, I’m afraid you won’t be able to rebook at the next event without paying again.
