My Christmas themed event is the biggest I have in the studio each year of course it’s back in 2024. This year, it will be in the studio for a whole week giving even more of my wonderful clients to create their perfect festive images!

There will be three festive sets (you have access to all of them) plus the chance to make a digital Christmas image – offering you the chance to create perfect Christmas gifts and holiday card images all from the comfort of my cosy studio.

Sessions are suitable for groups of two adults and two children or up to three children from an age where they can sit up by themselves – they’re not suitable for newborns or very small children who might require extra settling time.

Each session includes one digital image and costs £30. An additional digital image is £15 or it’s £50 if you can’t decide and want to download everything in your gallery.

A visit to the studio for the Christmas event costs £30 and can accommodate groups of up to 3 children (or 2 adults and two small children). Each session includes your favourite digital image to download, print and share. Additional digital images cost £15 each or it is £50 if you simply can’t decide and want to download everything in your gallery. No sales or viewing session – just perfect Christmas images viewed and ordered online.

Each year, I also offer you the chance to create your own digital Christmas image and this year, it was the Santa Frame that won the public vote. When you see your images a couple of days after your session, you’ll be able to select the image that you’d like me to ‘put’ in your frame and it will be made available to download for you if you order it.

Booking Your Session

To book your session, all you need to do is select the date and time that you’d like to visit the studio for your Christmas photo shoot using the buttons below. These are popular sessions that usually sell out so I need to take payment at the time of booking. Once you have reserved your session date and time, then you will receive an email with the link to send over your £30 payment. Unfortunately, if I don’t receive that within two days of making your booking then I will need to return your session to the calendar so other people can book it, so if you have any problems, then please let me know and I will do my best to help.

Terms & Conditions

Due to the way that these sets are designed, your child really needs to be able to sit up unsupported in order to get the best pictures. Alternatively, if they have a big brother or sister that is able to safely support them throughout then that might work but they are not really suitable for babies who are unable to sit up to be photographed in whilst on their own.
Sessions are for single families only – sharing sessions between friends or different families is not allowed. If you wish to have children from two families to be photographed together, it may be possible to book back to back sessions and cross over in between.
My studio sets are suitable for groups of up to two adults and two small(ish) children or three children. If you have a larger group than this then please get in touch to talk over some options but you should be aware that I will be unlikely to have you all over during an event session.
Sessions are booked on the hour but a session takes 20 – 30 minutes on average. The extra time is to avoid crossover between visitors.
Please come as close to your appointment time as possible although I know it can be hard to be exact. If you are going to be late to your session, please let me know so we can make sure that that you will have enough time in the studio to get a perfect set of pictures. If you are early, I might well still be in the studio with another family. If I am not on the drive to greet you when you arrive, please wait in your car and I will be with you as soon as I can.
The studio is a short walk from where you park your car along paths with several shallow steps. For this reason, unfortunately, the studio is not wheelchair accessible.
My studio is small but perfectly formed and as such I don’t have a very big waiting area. Other people who are not involved in photos are likely to be very bored as there is nothing for them to do and nowhere terribly comfortable for them to sit, so I’d definitely recommend not bringing along extra people.
We don’t allow any videography or photography inside the studio, apart from mine obviously. If caught recording or photographing the session, you will be asked to leave and the session will be terminated without refund. All in all, that’s a horrible situation for us all to be in so please respect my copyright.
The session fee is non-refundable. If someone in your party is ill or you can’t make your appointment for any other reason (and of course these things can happen), and you give me notice of this fact, then you will be invited to rebook at the either at another available slot during the event or, if that’s not possible, at the next event session. If you simply don’t attend your session without any notice, unfortunately you will not be able to rebook at the next session without repaying your session fee.
