This was a super fun cake smash that took a bit of advance planning to get it perfect as a Snow White theme was required.  I have lots of bunting already but I didn’t have anything that was perfect so I took the chance to whip a custom string in Snow White’s colours of red, blue, yellow and white and I’m so glad I did – it looks just perfect in the background.

Mum and dad brought along the matching balloons, the cake and not one, but two, Snow Whites!  We felt that it would all look best against a dark wood backdrop to really show off the colours and also with the vintage tin tub.  It all came together just perfectly in the end – a really cute stylish little cake smash that I know the whole family loved.

I’m always up for a bit of theming but it’s best to chat things through in advance to make sure we have everything perfectly arranged. On the flip side, you don’t need to choose a theme – when you arrive my studio for your photo shoot, you can simply choose the backdrop, bunting, accessories and tub that you want.  Nothing needs to be deciding in advance unless you want to!

A cake smash and tub splash photo shoot is the perfect way to celebrate and commemorate that extra special first birthday.   We start with a clean shoot and mum and dad are welcome to get involved here as well for family pictures if you’d like to.  Then it’s time to get out the cake for some smashing fun!  After that, it’s time to fill your choice of tub with warm and bubbly water for more great pictures and a good old icing removal clean up.  Each session includes your three favourite digital images (chosen from your online gallery, there’s no sales session) and costs £95.
