Princess Aurora and her First Baby Photography Club Shoot

OK her name is just Aurora, not Princess Aurora but that’s what she’s called in my head and so I’m sticking with it!

Anyway, she is a little girl just as beautiful as her name and she was more than happy to favour us, her subjects, with plenty of smiles at her very first baby photography club photo shoot.  Of course, she had to wear a crown at some point as is befitting her royal status and I have to say that the one her mum and dad brought along with them was just so cute with it’s trailing veil.  Perfect for a little tummy time action.  After she was a bit tired, she was finding it hard work to get her head up for tummy time so we used my posing cushion turned backwards and upside down to give her a really good ramp to work from so she found it much easier – honestly, that cushion was one of the first things I bought when I started out about fifteen years ago and it’s been worth its weight in gold!

Can’t wait to see her royal highness at  her next session which should be when she’s sitting steady – I will make sure to think of something extra special to show her off.
