This is baby Noah and was such a total superstar when his mum and dad brought him along to my studio in East Grinstead for his newborn photos. He pretty much turned up fast asleep in his car seat and barely stirred throughout our time together which meant we had so much fun with lots of different outfits and poses.
Of course, the festive season will soon be upon us so I just had to add in a little bit of a Christmas hat session – well, what better image to send to friends and family on your Christmas card than your newest arrival all dressed up for the holiday season?
His mum and and brought him along in one of my favourite character outfits so I couldn’t resist just starting simply with that – I just adore the Nut Brown Hare and Guess How Much I Love You. It’s one of the most gorgeous children’s books – so I thought I’d use that title to feature a close up shot of Noah’s tiny little hands. I always like to capture some of the close up details of your newborn – they change so fast, it’s a great idea to have a record of those little fingers and toes so you can look back and remember just how tiny they were all that time ago.
