Isabella was a very tiny baby, as she was in a bit of hurry to arrive but after a few days of extra special care, she was fighting fit and ready to head home with her mum and dad.  She was one of those babies that you just meet and know she is going to have a big personality – although she was tiny, she was charmingly feisty.

That’s not at all to say that she wasn’t a pleasure to have in the studio because she absolutely was, she slept really well and she made such a beautiful model with her tiny size and delicate features.  If I’m being honest, she did like to let me feel her displeasure when she was moved but she settled so quickly afterwards that I really think she was just making sure I knew who was in charge – her, definitely her.

Very hard not to adore her – can’t wait to see her grow over this year!

A newborn photo shoot is best when your baby is between 5 and 10 days old as this is when they are at their maximum sleepiness and poseability to capture those dreamy shots.  For this reason, I definitely recommend that you book when you are pregnant as this is one less thing to worry about scheduling when you’ve just got home from the hospital.   We make an appointment for your due date plus 7 days and then adjust it as needed.

My newborn shoots include your three favourite digital images which you select from your online gallery a few weeks after your photo shoot – I don’t make you attend a sales or viewing session.  Sessions take place in my warm and cosy studio in Crawley Down and cost £95.
