Natasha had already booked in for a newborn photo shoot but decided at the last minute that she wanted to create some maternity images as well so I booked her into the studio and we both kept our fingers crossed that her baby wasn’t in too much of a hurry to arrive!
Luckily she was happy to stay in bump form and we had a lovely session creating some relaxed maternity images for her to remember her pregnancy with. We used some of my maternity dresses and also made use of my bed set to create a lifestyle type of pregnancy image. I had also just received a brand new dress that we were excited to try out which is the one that is photographed against the red background. It’s just gorgeous but it does require a second person to create the flying skirts – luckily Natasha’s sister was on hand to help and an amazing job she did too!
I recommend coming for your maternity shoot when you are between 32 – 36 weeks pregnant so you have plenty of bump to show but you’re not getting too uncomfortable (also in case your baby decides to make an early appearance). My maternity shoots cost £95 and include your three favourite digital images (you’re also welcome to borrow any of my gorgeous maternity photo shoot dresses while you’re in the studio). You select your pictures and order any more that you would like directly from your online gallery, there’s no sales or viewing session to attend.
