In ‘olden days’ you didn’t get a whole lot of choice in terms of maternity clothes – big dresses or dungarees, that was about it.

Now, there’s a lot of lovely stuff about designed to take you through pregnancy and through nursing afterwards.  However, I do also have some maternity dresses in my studio that are especially designed for photo shoots and you’re welcome to borrow them for your session.

They look absolutely rubbish on the hanger, I will be up front about that.  But when you put them on – they look terrific – long and flowing, lacy and sheer and designed to show off as much or as little of the bump as you would like.  Totally impractical for day to day use of course, but perfect for a photo shoot!
