These are some pictures from Alex’s second Joey Club baby photography club sitting so he is about 8 months old. He is most proud of his new skills of sitting up all by himself and part of the job of these sessions is to capture and showcase your baby’s milestones as they reach them.
He has also mastered crawling. Very fast indeed as it happens, particularly when there is an interesting looking camera to make a beeline for! However, he was happy to sit for his photos for the most part, especially when accompanied by his big brother. The nice thing about the Joey Club sittings is that they are so flexible both in terms of style and content. So if mum and dad, or sibling want to get involved for part of the session, then that’s fine with me.
I’m also very lucky with my studio as it offers me so many choices when it comes to backdrops and lighting. From light and bright through to dark and (dare I say it) moody with lots of different colour and patterns options in between. We mess around with all sorts of different ideas for as long as your little one has the patience for it to give you the best possible value and the most options to make your selections from.
