So in the normal course of events, it’s not unusual for me to have teen and preteen birthday party photo shoots. In fact that’s how I met one of the ladies in this group – at her granddaughter’s birthday party. They all had so much fun that she came back with her own friends for her own birthday treat. A 70th birthday party photo shoot is a first for me but then they do say youth is wasted on the young and have to say, I honestly can’t think of many sessions where we have laughed so much and had so much fun.
So these ladies brought along their sparkling selves along with fake furs and hats and fascinators to add a little bling – not that they really needed it. Still they were fun and we played around with lots of different ideas and groupings, some smiling and some with a hint of drama! An amazing set of finished images that capture a group of ladies some of who have been friends with the birthday girl for over 50 years. After the session, they went on to carry on the celebrations over lunch at Gravetye Manor and I can imagine that it was full of more bubbles and giggles. If they had half the fun that I did at their shoot, then I’d consider that a good birthday indeed!
Family Photography
A family photo shoot in my warm and welcoming studio in Crawley Down is suitable for groups of up to two adults and three children (please call me to discuss before booking if your group is larger than this). The session fee includes three digital images and costs £95. As with all of my photography, there’s no sales or viewing meeting to attend – you simply view and order what you would like from your private online gallery. Here’s a link to my digital and print pricing.
